Jorge Fernandez, M.D. is a Doctor of Medicine

specializing in family practice and Emergency Medicine. He Completed his fellowship in Intensive Care Medicine in 1996. With 16 years of experience, Dr. Fernandez has collaborated as a member of the interdisciplinary team.

He has made contributions to social work, epidemiology a psychiatric center, a nursing home, emergency departments and a rural health family practice with an emphasis on hypertension, CAD, CHF diabetes and more.
